Sip and Sup On Summer’s Best
If there has been one restaurant opening this summer, there’s been a thousand. We know how busy you are, so here are three of our faves:
Skool is officially in session, and we don’t mean the boring kind. You can sip on the off-street patio, or sup inside with other fish-focused foodies. Either way, you’ll love that the core team of this Portrero Hill hotspot consists of two husband and wife pairs. That, and there’s no corkage fee until the resto gets its liquor license! Sometimes San Fran seems to offer such all-or-nothing choices. Swanky with some sleaze vs. low-key and a looser crowd. Good food and drinks served in dingy digs, or ambiance only. What gives?

And since no one does fine dining like you, what better Valley destination than its culinary epicenter, Yountville? With restaurants owned by celeb chefs Richard Reddington, Thomas Keller AND Michael Chiarello – many with Michelin stars, and all within walking distance – you can’t get much better.
